Dancer and choreographer Christian Guerematchi has created a performance based on Eastman’s composition Gay Guerrilla as a part of the audiovisual installation. In collaboration with BDSM artist Papilicious, he has created a ‘ritual performance invoking Eastman’s uncompromising spirit and commitment to the cause of equality’.

Guerematchi approaches contemporary dance in a way he calls documentary theatre, focusing on black history and culture. His work gives a new perspective on the Codes of the Black Body and the Black European Identity.
