24classics is turning 10, and we are throwing a B-day Concert for all our Little Friends. You are invited, better yet, all our Little Friends are on the Guestlist, the entry is on the house. B-day Concert with Thomas Beijer
None other than pianist Thomas Beijer will be performing. It is no exaggeration to call him a multi-talent: besides his swim pool looks, he writes, illustrates (especially potato men), and is a composer. But above all, he is one of the best pianists in this country. When he plays, there is nothing between him and the music; it is pure sound. Thomas performed at our very first 24chambers session ever – in Garage Hilal in Amsterdam North seven years ago. Now he is performing at the Great Pianist Series in Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam, just to name one. On May 3rd, Thomas will cloak us in Spanish atmospheres by performing the music of two Spanish composers: Isaac Albéniz and Manuel de Falla.
